Market Feedback Cheated by Arun.P on buying COMBO Need Help ASAP !!!

@Arun.P - Its not that if you have given someone 3 days warranty then your warranty is exactly 72 hours, Jaydip bought it with manufactuer's warranty as mentioned by you in the sale thread itself, so how can you refuse to give full refund, if the mobo isn't working. Till yesterday Jaydip haven't checked the mobo as he told me and he tested it today, so its not his fault.
 
^ now he is telling me the board has some booting issue, and i don't understand why he told me now it was not working and i told them to test via his friend and he already test with his friend gpu and some psu so now he is asking me to refund the amount asap and what is the point of telling it p.s i saw in another screenshot that he is posting proof of cpu amd 945 x/4 which 790 fx board

^ i don't believe u are hidden some detail after u test another board cause your told me the board has booting issue, and i repeating does the board working windows 7 without any issue, and what the nonsense asking me about these some detail,

p.s i cannot refund the full amount now so i am broken now so i dont have enough money to return the full payment that i have 1.5k left cash in hand but i suggest i can refund late 1-2 months if your want to wait for few sometime that i can arrange the payment late

and one question if your want the refund i can do it late time take 1-2 moths due to short of fund issue or if your want to RMA the board to service center that it might take few day to reviver new board with full working condition ;)
 
@arun what i do wihout system till 2 months i have no moboi need alleast 3k for low end mobo and

to all arun knew it isn't 955 and the board is bent before he sold it to me, so members will know that arun is at the fault as he mentioned in sale thread that all is in perfect working condition
 
If the product is not what you had paid for, and you two do not mutually agree on a settlement then you are entitled to a full refund.

If the board Arun sent you was bent, why did you wait 5 days to say so?
 
@Arun.p- After reading your chat with kishan its obvious that you knew that the mobo is bent and the proccy is not 955, instead its 945, but you mentioned in the thread 940, and sold it as 955 so what should one think of you.
 
Damn, Arun you've really got yourself into a mess. My advice would be to refund his money asap and get it over with before this turns even more uglier.
 
All I can say that, after reading all the stuff posted by jaydip, that both kishan and arun are cheating, arun more as it seems as if he cannot understand stuff, and kishan has a nice history already here on TE.

and he is accept that he want to refund 1.4k after the cpu issue then now he is asking me for full refund that he told me the board does not work but i saw some chat history recorded he told me that it has booting issue at bios
 
i hadn't confirmed that mobo is working 100% till today and how can i say it got damage from courier and deposited 200 bucks for to ship it by DTDC plus not by professional surface u snd it :@

That's not a relevant point. He may disagree with any offer you provide him with, he is still entitled to a full refund for the CPU atleast.

If that's true, then you are entitled to a full refund for both the CPU and the motherboard.
