Market Feedback Cheated by Arun.P on buying COMBO Need Help ASAP !!!

i have no pic of his package he just put all in it's asrock mobo's box ( no bubble wrap nothing 
) and also orignal heatsink on mobo (just lying on mobo )
Ya it's true i asked him to ship by DTDC plus and i deposited 200 bucks more for shiipng i have all chat log he asked me for more 100 bucks for charges shipping rs 360.

Can you provide any proof that you paid extra for shipping via DTDC plus but he still shipped it via professional courier? For eg. Pic of Bank deposit slip, screenshot of NEFT payment etc.
^ oh my god, he is trying to bargain me all the time for cheap shipment that i mention 300-400 buck and now he is asking 200 buck
and the DTDC Plus charge 600+ tax extra to Gujarat so i cannot bear to pay extra amount
and i ship via the professional courier with proper package and seal sticker tape which i have paid 360 r.s total cost , but i also ask the buyer that he got the board with perfect condition but i have wrap with plastic cover and never has any issue..
p.s how can the board got bad damage and never bent cause i have put plastic cover inside the asrock box package

If I understand both of you correctly, you (Arun.P) wrapped the motherboard in some plastic cover, put it in the original box and shipped it, right?
@Jaydip: Even if Arun did not know which processor it was, he still has to refund you the full amount as you paid for what he had written in his market listing, not for what he thought it was.

can to please zoom and see the plastic cover (pink color under the black cover) it has full plastic cover where it come with asrock package with good package where i have ship it
and he never mention there was no damage near the hole package, nut only the box got less crush before the courier boy carry it

Ok, that looks like an antistatic bag, that's not enough. Did you use any thermacol, bublewrap, foam anywhere?
And did you ship it with the heatsink attached? (As Jaydip say's you did?)

@ all thre is no thermocol bublewrap foam anywhre in box and he just put origanal heatsink in mobo itself not attached

but please see the second pic it was curve that which it was perfect working condition
i did not ship via thermalcol bublewrap and foam but it was working that jaydipmori told me it was working now and now it suddenly it stop working due to booting issue after 3 day and i dont understand why he want full refund and he told me he already test different gpu , psu and it was working perfect issue

It clearly looks like you were negligent in packing the motherboard properly. You did not reply to the question I asked you - Did you ship it with the heatsink attached?
It doesnt matter if the board was fine when it was with you, packing it properly is your responsibility.

no but the box will not fix it inside after shipment the package so i remove the heatsink and place inside the box at down slot
and i suggest can to ask jaydipmori to post the screenshot of any bent issue that i have not check any proof or any screenshot that he never post it of the board layout and testing that he told me he have test many pc part like psu and different gpu which it was working at booting issue at BIOS only but windows 7 was stable..

@ arun look bro i once checked mobo and all led and cpu fan is working as u said me to check it but having no gpu how i can check it's working or not working

u need to plug the gpu card at different pci-express slot before testing it with 1 pair of ram and good psu
and i have already do many time with 790 fx board and never face any issue

In my opinion only, The rule is there so that its easier for the staff to read what the matter actually is rather then going through pages and pages of posts from other members. It helps in keeping things neat and concise.
