Amarbir after selling all these have left TE now.....now its a pain to claim warranty from him. All dealers are following same procedure...

1. Get on TE
2. get huge fan base
3. Create own online shop
4. Leave TE as now its popular and comes on it own in Google search results
5. Throw TE members away and do business with dumbs

I think we should have an exit clause of like minimum 2 years one should be a dealer. If someone wants to break it, he should pay up for the remaining term ! That way if somebody really faces genuine problems in replacement/RMA once the dealer closes shop here, then may be that corpus can be used as a last measure

Well said its important for dealer to take responsibility in case company have such lame support in india.

Well done Anuj :D

And ya Amarbir has lived upto his reputation of "Amarbir---The @ss"

Btw he is the clever of the lot.....he mints money these days as his e-store is really popular ! Damn to the TDF (Thinkdigit forums) noobs who are clowns there in his forums :P

He has his own forums? :O Since when?!

^ not long ago, he started his forum only in jan- feb this year i think :P

well i ll be sending my pl21 also to MH for RMA :D

I heard lynx has threatened to file lawsuit against many ppl who went blogging about their bitter experiences and muscled their way into having all contents of the blog removed, so that it doesn't come in google search:)

Also heard that this happened as some techie put a meta in his blog which resulted in his blog being shown first whenever lynx was being searched:)...epic

Now, I am in 2 minds for ordering my RE-0 from him....warranty being the concern

^^... I tried it ysterday itself

When u type "Lynx India".... u don't get the blog as a return. That's what has changed:)

When u type "Lynx India" u get suggestions though...but have a look at the blog...u will see the details on lawsuit threat:)

^^ Amarbir --- The @ss cant do anything. He's just an empty can ! TE results come well in Google Search so lets post something like

Amarbir Lynx Fraud Chor

and it will come up :P

OT: I do not find a reason as to why he should file a lawsuit against the grievances posted in the blog - that was purely the buyer's views and his experiences of the trade with the seller.

or i guess people make it a point to buy products ONLY that can be just RMA'ed from the company service centers!!! caution can be taken when buying stuff which needs to get back to the dealer and warranty coverage is via the dealer only.
This should make sticky and make it mandatory for dealers to mention/educate customer about the Aftter Sale Service & RMA of product while make thread (RMA Clause) - this should written bold in GO/IC thread with all necessary warning message.

anuj aka mediahome is the best dealer/seller so far I experienced in all the forum.keep up your good work anuj :hap2:

As per my experience with Amarbir aka lynix - I bought WD 640 aaks from him- which is already partitioned in 4 drive- when inquired Amarbir casually replied that - his boys might have used to keep some temp. backup in between :huh:. I also contacted him before buying my corsair cx400 and he started like "this stupid corsair charge like XXXXXX" and pushing one of popular entry level brand now days - this really puts me off - you can start bashing some premium brands just because they are bit pricier then something which just launched -this is simple marketing

hahaha !!!!!!!! just typed lynx india n the first thing that came up was "lynx india fraud" LOL :D

@Anuj,

Great gesture! Trust on a dealer is strengthened only by such acts.

I have good experiences in general with everybody I've dealt with except You Know Who. He is yet to give me refund 3 months after I paid for Eterna.

@vercetti,

RE-0 Will Always Be In Stock At The Time Of Order, But May Or May Not Be In Stock After Your Money Is Transferred (Damn! It's painful. How does he do this thing all the time? :)).

You can instead get it straight from Head-Direct. Even with the chance of customs charging a duty, you may be better off.
