Clarifications/Suggestions for Dell GO

OK BIG BOY....... i just mentioned that ppl who purchase from me know already wat all i get.... does that make it a proof... u talk like a lawyer..

all givin advices only to me... and rest enjoyin just seein wats the ultimate outcome.

ok guys.. i can understand this situation has got out of hand. But can someone just take time off and tell me what the hell's goin on? i've read through 7 pages now and all i seemed to understand is some issue of overcharging/margins for the people behind Dinesh's GO.

As im interested in getting an LCD.. i dont care whom from... i wanna be sure im getting it the right way with no hassles and issues and that im not being taken for a ride and being made to pay more for no reasons.. i know the prices have gone up for the Dell LCD's but im surprised to see by how much,

If someone can be kind enough to explain whats going on and what issue has been put to the mods.. Dinesh? anyone?

Till this is not sorted.. im gonna hold on to my order.

I'd appreciate some clarity or reassurance from friends/Dinesh/GO organisers or people who know how this Dell thing works please..

i am no more intrested @ GO`s.

hence it wud be better we cud reach to an ultimate solution
which wud help atleast other GO creators and members at the same time.

Despite his cut if the deal is good enough for TE member why not ? I ask?

This forum is meant for the benefit of it members and as long we have this win-win situation..there is no harm, unless someone had fraudulent intentions, which I dont think would be true in this case, since he already has 5 other GO's

Pls stop fighting guys!

Ding's prices are less than what most can procure. You can try a quote. There may be better deals from Naga/Phoenix though...

The point discussed is whether he should register as a dealer on TE.

Hopefully others will learn from whats going on on this thread and stop their money-making-activities-in-the-name-of-social-service. If not, same fate will come to them :lol:

I had first arranged a GO ( first and original one on TE :lol: 2+ years back? Failed miserably ) so i dont have any good tips to give you :P
 
Its getting a bit too personal, din i think u need to control ur aggression, but i accept my mistake, if you are not dealing with Ms. Bindu, then I cannot comment whether the Dell rep is taking any cut or not.

Edit : But your repeated threat to close down the GO, i think is a bit immature, any1 remembers Gateway???? And the guy from east, mmm, prashant was he???....seems like that, :ohyeah: :ohyeah:
 
@ dinesh. Your issue here is with the mods/admins, and they havent made an official statement regarding the matter yet. You really dont owe any explaination to the others. You might want to for transparency's sake, but you arent obligated. ignore the posts which you find offensive to you. Those who want the dells will continue to buy from you :P , and those who think can get better prices can fend for themselves.

Stop getting heated up and wait for any questions /clarifications from the mods - That would be what I'd do :)

actually MODs shud had kept a watch here on atleast wat ppl are sayin..
even they cud had directly told me to stop any GO and incase i want to continue then to do only in dealers section...

but here a thread is opened to make a mockery out of me...

especially sunnyboi and stalker (as he mentioned he is througly enjoyin it)..

again i say...

let us keep this thread such that u shud add ur valuable inputs for the rules and guidelines to be made for future GO creators.
 
Ok. This is getting out of hand.

Honestly Dinesh, atleast noone from staff has anything against you or anyone else. The things are simple. You posted in almost every other Dell GO, stating dont buy without bill, or you are offering it with bill and many other things had been said. But did you ever came clean before today that you are not providing bills of amount which was paid by the end user??

I strongly suggest everyone, including Dinesh stop pointing fingers at others. All that goes around, comes around. Keep this in mind. There is nothing wrong with Phoenix making profit from his GOs or the way he sources his monitors. He is giving his bill and registered as a dealer here and he will be responsible to look into any after sales support that might be needed by his customers.

We all know how Raghu arranged all the items for us and what trouble he had gone through himself when he arranged these things. Many fellow TE members were in direct contact with him during his GOs.

We are keeping watch on this. But many queries are valid, this separate thread was made for the same reason to divert the discussion from the GO thread.

We will discuss about this and revert back to you. Till then everyone is free to discuss here but keep it clean and subjective.

err.. i think Phoenix and Naga have said no after sales support will be provided?

Pls confirm ur orders by verifying above points with Dell. We will not provide any after-sales service here. It'll be Dell all the way.

and its precisely all the confusion regarding how the Dell warranty will be handled/support between Dinesh and Naga/Phoenix's thread that's atleast got me stumped as to whats true or not.. :S

PHONENIX and NAGA are not providing that valid bill as far as i know ...
u can check above few posts of naga confirming that... (under the pretext of hiding the name of the rep who is doing personal favour for Phoenix )

nothin against phoenix... nothin against raghu...

its just that.. rules made shud be compulsory for all... favourites shudnt be left

dell handles all service issues by themselves. Its only recently that they have started selling products in showrooms.. however even for such cases, the ASS is direct from Dell india.
 
Dinesh.. your GO here is closed.. but i noticed there is the one you opened elsewhere. Is that now open or is there a problem with orders there as well?

thanks for that clarification. As the discussion seems to be about the bill.. and GO organisers not being able to give that.. does it create any problems with DELL?

Also when the model/serial number is registered with Dell.. will it be on my details even though the payment is made via the GO organisers? :huh:
