and its precisely all the confusion regarding how the Dell warranty will be handled/support between Dinesh and Naga/Phoenix's thread that's atleast got me stumped as to whats true or not.. :S
Yes, but they are providing the information that is needed to get after sales support from dell. Thats what i meant. They way they source is their option. In the end what we dont want to see is that the customer is getting warranty from the manufacturer.
its just that many people who have raised points are questioning if Dinesh be allowed to operate the GO when he is not dealer and profit is clearly being made by Dinesh or his source which is basically like setting up a shop thats earning profit to someone.
Thats the question. Noone has any problems with his GOs or products and I personally dont care how he sources it or if bill is given or not as long as he provides the order no to the person buying the monitor as from personal experience i know thats the only thing you need to get warranty support from Dell.
