i have a xfx 650iultra mobo and going to get xfx 8800gt xxx dou think i will have problems and the g card has already been bought in us
 
not all the xfx 650i's had issues..

there was a particular batch which ran into trouble coz of packaging nd handling issues.

As long as you've been using it fine without issues, i dont think you'll have trouble
 
whew i am using xfx 650i ultra for past 5months and i.ve neveer experienced any problems htanks for clearing my doubts
 
me also thinking of getting xfx 8600 GT XXX 512 MB Gddr3 (Alpha dog edition) whih i about 17-18k
but me a bit confusde between MSI 8800 GT - OC n XFX 8800 GT XXX :S
ne views ?
 
if u go according to 1st review den zotac is clear winner ;
but if u c 2nd review which i have posted then u will c that XFX 8800 GT XXX alpha dog edition is far superior :ohyeah: n also not 2 forget MSI 8800 GT - OC
price of msi being less by 3k :cool2:

yea xfx is ne time gd performer but a price tag of 18k ..3k higher dan msi wid marginally higher performance (of xfx) doesnt make xfx winner here :( but neways watever it may b me gonna take alpha dog edition.
 
bascially msi 8800gtOC and xfx 8800gtxxx ARE THE SAME CARD ONLY XFX IS BETTER WITH 1-2 FPS

SO I SHOULD GO FOR MSI

AGREEE EVERYONE??????????????????????????????????????????????OR XFX
 
why bother spending an extra 3000 fo just 1-5 fps improvement just buy the msi card which is better in vfm factor
 
MSI is distributed by Tirupati. With the current affairs of Rashi, I will get MSI any day over xfx purely for after sale support.

There is no special difference in quality of XFX cards as such.
