Condition: 9/10 (the radiator has been cleaned thoroughly using a blower and the fan has been cleaned)

Corsair gives international warranty ? Doubt that, and if this is purchase from geb, its most likely refurb from newegg.

Do refurbs come with sealed packaging? I doubt that! This was a sealed pack cooler and appeared brand new.

Well, this pic clears up the refurb or not.

If it was refurb it would say RF ,.this shows ww, so its not refurb.
Sorry i had assumed refurb since we get good deals on geb for refurbished corsair stuff.
