Need the above components for someone.

CPU cooler: Entry level model like the TX3 Evo, 212 etc. Budget N/A
PSU: like S12II 430 or similar. 520W will be out of budget. Budget <3k.
RAM: 8GB DDR3. 1333MHz accepted. Can do XM3 models or similar. Budget 1.5k max.
GPU: R7 250X/HD7770 or similar. Budget: <3k.

Conditions:
1. Payment to be made only after delivery.
2. Need testing warranty.
for obvious reasons.

Looking to buy it in a week if possible.
