I have a Phenom II x4 940 BE. In spite of being overclockable, it has never been oc'd.
I never got around doing that.
I think your Mobo can handle it, I checked on biostar website.
Let me know if you still need it. I am in Mumbai/Pune.
You can send any of your friends If needed, else I can send it to Bangalore, but you will need to go to ITPL in whitefield to take a look.

I am selling my Phenom II 920 X4. It's a beauty of a performer, and with proper aftermarket cooling, you can take it places!
Never OC'd, never serviced. Will throw in OCZ Vengeance CPU cooler.
