If yes, raise a ticket with all proofs you have and let them investigate. Almost all courier partners x-ray the parcels at every hub, so you would know before which checkpoint it was swapped.

@dhoomketu got the stuff long time ago but @Ir0nMerc package was swapped by the delivery guy for a box of ****ing windchimes.

The delivery guy didn't deliver the package on the day it was schedule to deliver. I was at home the whole day but nobody came to my house for delivery. Didn't receive any call either from the delivery boy. The option he selected was "refused delivery" for the reason he didn't deliver.

Shiprocket also sent me Whatsapp message asking if I refused the delivery or reattempt it again. I chose to deliver next day. But no delivery was attempted next day and the package was returned to the owner. Today he received the package and it was swapped. He received windchimes instead of his package.

He sent the package via Amazon and this is what happened.

Yup shiprocket. Raised pod ticket and uploaded everything including the unboxing. Hopefully they get back to me soon.

No, it has not. They are just stalling even though they agree to reimburse. It's been 2 months now.

Thinking about sending them legal notice.
