Crazy discounts on steam, but do indian credit cards work?

Steam has some crazy discounts, some are for 24hrs only, other till 4th July, do take a look

Also, does anyone know if Indian credit cards work properly on steam or not and what is the conversion rate applied?
 
Just bought bioshock 2. Just in time for me. I am building a new PC this weekend. Waiting for parts from newegg. :D

They do work. The last time my friend bought some games on steam the conversion rate was 1$ = 49 Rupess approx.

There are hardly any multiplayer servers in India other than CS and Dota. Some come up every now and then and fizzles out. There are plenty of COD4 servers in Singapore though, will ping around 100-200.

Not sure about Unreal, never tried the online multiplayer, only bought it because it was an awesome deal :)
 
ya i also think the same........ are there indian servers for the COD games...........?? and will the expansion packs i.e. DLC's for COD 5 have to bought separately or is that included here...........??
 
I don't think any DLC is included. Is there any major DLC for COD 5? I haven't played it more than the SP campaign.
There used to be one COD 4 server in India, but I never saw it populated.

the steam edition has everything. the actual game install is 8gb, but the total folder size is 14gb. this obviously includes other languages, but you get all the videos, the soundtrack, the maps etc.
