PC Peripherals Creative SBLive 24Bit Doubt

Ok so u advice me too wait for the new creative sc with x-fi processor.
ne idea when i it expected and will it have low cost version in 5K Range or will all be like 10-15K.

SO i will currently use my SBlive 5.1

Guys my doubt was will i be able to connect 5.1 Speakers + TV Tuner SoundOut to LineIn of the SoundBlaster Live 24Bit 7.1 and use it simultaneoulsy.

And this discussion has gone in so much depth of discussion between various sound cards.

Sound Blaster Live 24Bit 7.1 is for 2K [Prime ABGB]
The reason i am going for this is becoz
I was unlucky finding Audigy 2 Value which is for approx 5.5K

Audigy 2 ZS is out of my budget.

I can purchase the Audigy 2 Value if its available here.

also am going for the A8N-E but whats the relation here i wont be considering onboard Audio of the A8N-E as it will consume CPU power for processing , dont want my CPU to do audio processing and loose on performance.

I already have a Creative SB Live 5.1 which has seperate connectors for front , rear , sub+center , mic , linein
but SB Live 24Bit has only 4 connectors only and they are multifuctional

Maybe they are lucky..... I have had a lot of problems with my Audigy 2 ZS. This is my personal experience.

and I have seen that it is not an isolated case. Creative's drivers are prone to crashes and all that. They are not the best as of now...

Its always been the case... live debuted at 99$. Same with live 5.1DE, audigy, audigy2, audigy2 zs. Its the platinum/pro versions that cost a lot more. If creative doesn't have a card around 100$, it'll be hitting the axe on its own foot :P
 
It looks phenomenal on paper at least......... Wonder if a version is going to be released for PCI. And no where have they mentioned that is PCIe!!! I find that strange..... they have gone on and on and on abt the features and this and that but no where have they mentioned abt PCIe
 
read closely .. it says 3 days till they post the next piece of x fi info .. not countdown to card release :P
