Many merchants nowadays disable receiving payment via rupay cc linked upi as it cost them more in mdr charges unless their financial turnover (not profit) in a financial year is less than 20 lakh.Is there any Credit card, that can work with UPI or qr code scan and gives 1% cashback?

My first priority is Axis since I already have an account with them. But I will check out other bank cards too before finalizing on Axis Atlas.
Axis bank Airtel co-branded card.
