All OS Daily Android Backup to PC

I want to know what are easy & open source ways to daily backup your phone data to PC.

I have been using syncthing & its fork to do so.
But It doesn't let me backup complete phone DATA. Any suggestions?

Where exactly are you having an issue with syncthing? I am using it to backup literally everything I need including the seedvault backups. Private app folders are obviously not possible with any app unless you root but grapheneos has seedvault which can backup app data and export it which can be synced.
