Data-one change of scheme prob

I have started using bsnl dataone from sep 23rd. My plan was start-up plan .

After that now 3 months later i have applied for home ul 900 plan in the bsnl's office & they have also changed my plan according to their computer.

but the prob is that when i check my profile in bsnl's site it says it is start up plan . :huh:

Does anybody else had these prob ? :huh:

Wht should i do now? Should i download or not?:huh:

Ur new plan gets activated from the 1st of month next to one in which u applied. If u applied in dec then it should have changed in jan. Give dates when u applied for...

Well actually a new prob.
Actually i have applied to change the scheme to home 500 in sep only after installation but they said it will not happen, So i didn't ask them wether it happened or not, but few last week i have checked in their comp & it says home 500 since oct.

Now when i checked my plan it says Home 500 instead of UL 900.

There is a minimum hire period of 3 months in all the plans. So that makes it till dec end. U should have got new plan from jan. If they see/show new plan in their customer care division, then next u have to approach area manager/broadband technical division to get it upgraded. After all its bsnl. Lol.
