WTB Decent parts/build for yuzu/backlog

Looking to buy either a full build or parts, mainly for use in yuzu/citra/rpcs3

Budget is 25-26k for full build

For parts im looking for (must have minimum 6 months warranty for atleast Processor)
Processor - Ryzen 3rd GEN+ only with multithread and FSR support. Budget 6-8k.

Gpu - yuzu recommended gpu is 1650 4gb, so looking for around that level of power. Budget 8-10k

Location is Mumbai
 
I built a PC for retro emulation for under 20k last month, here are my two cents for you, Intel is way cheaper and much more widely available in the used market, Nvidia GPUs might be harder to find in that budget as well on the other hand you can easily find rx570 in your price range and finally, 8gb ram is more than enough for retro emulation so don't overspend on ram, you can always upgrade it overtime. Good luck with your build!
 
One more advise - You priority should be get more speed {GHz}, than cores. As old games are seldom optimized for multicore processor.
So keep that in mind
