I too am Interested in the NBD warranty Parts and labour warranty. I dont need CC.
This is for a Dell Vostro.

Eh, So that means these rates are flexible,, Will wait for best rate then..

Not in hurry to take it, if they reduce rate in next week/month.
 
I finally got the 2 yr CC for 10950. So yeah you can wait.

Again, I didn't really bargain at all. The rep offered me a 'special discount' (right!) on the 2 yr deal as I was telling him that I was only going to sign on for one year.

I can email your requests to that chap if you like. He wants your name, service tag, and phone number. I can well understand if you aren't keen on pm-ing me all that info. Alternatively, drop me a pm and I'll reply with the rep's email id and my name.

Not sure on NBD thing..

Wow, I paid 8.5k just a few months ago for a 1 yr warranty extension on my M1330. 10k sounds great! Where did you get this price?
 
I've been quoted 9.5k for 1 year CC for my M1530

by the way, does Dell conduct any checks before extending the warranty? coz my laptop has started acting up and warranty has already expired..
 
i got 1 yr CC for studio 15 for Rs. 6400 , earlier they were quoting 7400 + 500 for system recertification as i have limited hardware warranty presently . now the system recertification fee will be waived off too :D
 
Looks like they have diff rates for Inspi & XPS series..

let me first deal with Only Inspiron warranty part then.
 
No idea about reps..

I am in talk with a senior manager... He promised to get good deal for 1 - 2 lappy, Have asked for 10 lappys, lets see if I can get bulk deal.
