- Payment is acceptable via UPI or bank transfer.
General info:
- I am the original buyer and have been the only user of these components.
- Everything has been used from day one in a full size case with mesh intake and good airflow. The cooler and graphics card have been externally dusted in-place, with their fan blades and heat sinks swabbed with cotton buds, every 2-3 months.
- I've not observed any deterioration in performance or thermals in all of this time. The parts are in good condition and I would expect them to continue to last for long.
- Reasons for the 3 out of 5 condition rating:
Age and minor cosmetic issues aside, I found a more noticeable cosmetic issue in some patching at the rear top metal surface of the cooler that I was unable to clean off (please see the final attached dedicated pic in the embedded image album). I think this might be unlikely to be visible until the cooler is actually removed from the system (at least I didn't notice it earlier). 3 out of 5 also seems appropriate because I don't currently have the time for further deep cleaning the components before shipping. I have performed a first cleaning pass, but fine dust embedded within the heat sinks might perhaps dislodge during shipping, necessitating some dusting on arrival. There might be scope for some additional surface polishing as well, per the buyer's inclination. - Everything has been used entirely at stock settings, other than:
1) Setting the lighting effects to a still dim white (as seen in two of the images).
If this setting persists in your system, it can be adjusted using the AMD Ryzen Wraith Prism RGB software and ZOTAC Turing Firestorm software, respectively.
2) Setting a custom temperature and speed response in the BIOS for the Wraith Prism's fan (with the physical switch on the cooler set to 'High').
The BIOS customisations would be local to my system and shouldn’t affect performance on yours. - The graphics card has been used for graphics alone. Absolutely no crypto mining here, ever.
- The CPU has been cleanly extracted after moderately stressing it at 100% usage to ensure that the thermal paste would be loosened. As seen in the attached pic, there is no damage to the pins (please click on the image for an enlarged view).
Specific, important info:
- What you see is what you get. Please inspect the images carefully, as no additional cables/connectors/accessories etc. will be included.
- The 3700X CPU does not provide integrated graphics. Please ensure that you have a video output solution.
- For the Wraith Prism, you will need to source your own thermal paste when installing the heat sink.
- For the graphics card, you will need two supplementary power connectors: one 6-pin and one 8-pin. These should come bundled with your power supply unit, or you may have to acquire them separately. They will not be provided with the graphics card.
Noise levels:
- Cooler: The Wraith Prism, at least with its physical switch set to 'High', can get quite loud when it really ramps up. The good news is that with good airflow through your case, it should never have to ramp up that high under regular workloads. PM me if you want my my BIOS temperature-speed settings. In all these years, I can count on one hand the instances when the fan would have ramped up to a seriously noticeable level, which was really an indicator that it was past time to give the PC a cleaning. Post cleaning, the noise levels would always go back to being within what I would consider acceptable limits. If you really want lower noise levels, you'd want to invest in a different cooler, but if you don't mind a light hum, the Wraith Prism is up to the task.
- Graphics card: At idle/low loads, with a low intensity sound produced by my case fans, to my ears, the graphics card is not noticeable at all. Under heavy load, the card fans get buzzy/hissy, and are definitely noticeable, especially in quieter environments. This is how the card has operated since day one, however, and it is not a wear and tear issue. Perhaps there could be solutions/mitigations to this, but it never bothered me enough to investigate, especially as I wear earphones for a significant amount of my PC usage, which block out the sound entirely, and I don't notice the card when game audio is playing at at least a moderate volume through the external speakers.
Testing warranty:
- Please take two days from the time of arrival/pick up of your purchase, to test out the part(s) in your own system. I cannot provide any further testing from my end at present, but I can provide additional photographs upon request.
- The part(s) should be expected to perform to their specifications at stock settings in actual/real workload applications (such as in actual video games and in video rendering/export from video editing software).
Reference performance links for the GPU: Tom's Hardware 2024 GPU hierarchy at 1080p and 1440p, Techpowerup's database entry . - In case of a dead on arrival (DOA) situation, or if the product(s) reach you in an unacceptable damaged condition, please convey the same to me within 12 hours of your receipt/pick up (I request you to please provide an uncut, unbroken-focus unboxing video that proves that physical damage existed before first removal from the packaging). Also, please then coordinate the return of the product(s) to me within no longer than 21 days (in case of consensus around serious damage, a return may not be necessary).
Please note that I will not be able to provide you with any assistance if these conditions are not adhered to.
Upon return of the product(s) to me, in safe and secure packaging, and my confirmation of the issue, I will provide a full refund within one week of receipt, including the cost of your return shipping as well.
On the other hand, if the product is found not to be DOA, or if there has been damage caused to the product(s) from your end, or during the return shipping, I will share evidence of it in this thread, and I will not, then, be able to provide a refund. I will, however, be willing to re-ship the product(s) back to you at your cost, upon advance receipt of the shipping payment from you, but this time without any warranty coverage. - If you find an item to not perform to spec at stock settings in actual/real workload applications, the same as above applies, other than that you will have a full two days, rather than only 12 hours, to convey the issue to me. Your claim may be presented before the community here for additional analysis before any returns/refunds would be approved.
- With reference to the noise levels section above, please note that returns will not be entertained on account of noise levels corresponding to the description in that section. However, if there seems to be something absurdly wrong or abnormal, you may still feel free to reach out.
- With all of these cheerful hypotheticals dwelled upon, let us be hopeful that the products will, in practice, actually prove to be excellent and very satisfying, as I have already found them to be, for many years now.
Final notes:
- While the CPU and cooler have been listed as a combo, I’m open to selling them separately if separate confirmed interest is expressed for both items. Until then, they will remain listed only as a combo.
- Additional information regarding the lighting effects on the Wraith Prism: tweaking the logo and ring lights independently of the fan lights requires a specific cable configuration and software setup. If memory serves correct, I believe this requires using only the cooler's USB cable, and not its ARGB cable at all. I request you to please Google for precise details and instructions.

- I will respond to all serious queries within 6-12 hours.
- This type out has turned out to be a lot longer than I was expecting, so I apologise for any inadvertent errors I might have made. I welcome any/all good faith corrections/suggestions, preferably via PM.
- Thank you very much for reading. I look forward to these parts finding a good new home!
