Did my PS3 just bum out on me?

Sujith, I hadn't disconnected the HDMI since the first time I plugged it into the PS3. That's one of the reason why I got the HDMI hub in the first place.

Max, unlike your issue, I'm getting video in using the composite cables. But both of us have more or less the same problem. Was your console under warranty? What did Sony's service centre say about this?

Can u tell me from where u got the HDMI hub and for how much??

Is there any degrade in the signal or Picture quality when using the HDMI HUB?
 
OK WTF? It's working again now. Was getting bored, so thought might just have one more shot at it. Connected the HDMI cable back again and Houston problem is resolved. I first heard the boot up sound, so I knew that it was functional again. Then did a video reset and now I got HDMI working again. Confused and happy at the same time. :D
 
Maybe it couldn't take so much of R:FOM action and decided to die on you for sometime. :D

Glad to hear that it is fine. OK whatever it is, we aren't taking up Demon's Souls. Please! :ashamed:
 
No worries. We can start that once every one is ready. I think I'll continue with Resistance 2 now that the first one is completed. Also have to test POP Trilogy and The Sly Collection. :P
 
Damn.u...congrats on that one...lucky bugger :P

Demon Souls will be ready by Tuesday or else..will go play GT5....:D
