Diet Coke vs Normal Can Coke

What's buttermilk. which brand plz :(

You can easily make it at home. Take dahi and salt. Put around 20% dahi and rest 80% water and mix them with blender (boss types). You can increase percentage of dahi as per how thick you want buttermilk to be. Consume it chilled. You can add chat masala etc for added taste. We put salt and something called Jiralu powder (no idea what it is called in hindi or english but gujju people might recognize this thing).
If you don't want to do all this then go to the store and get Amul Masti buttermilk. Each small tetra pack (similar to frooti pack) costs 10 Rs and some stores have the bigger packs as well. But whatever they write, these do have preservatives.
So if you want preservative free then start making the dahi at home itself.
Not everything will be served in silver platter, you will have to take efforts, but let me tell you, it will be worth it.

I used to drink soft drinks a lot, a liter a day atleast, then I got pancreatitis, and then I stopped drinking soft drinks all together, once a blue moon maybe, so stop drinking it, drink glucose(don't worry about diabetes, sugar consumption does not cause diabetes, diabetes happens on its own maybe due to poor lifestyle), rasna, fruit juice, remember soft drinks are acids, inorganic acid. Work out regularly.

And dont forget the amount of carbonic acid these soft drinks contain. They also reduce the oxygen carrying capacity of your blood. So stay away from soft drinks and stay healthy.

Frozen coconut water ?? You mean the packaged one available in stores ? If yes then that is also not good.
Buttermilk is yes a very very good choice.

Here in Ahmedabad, there are coconut vendors who dump these green coconuts in a freezer and then its served chilled. A brilliant thing - absolutely worth the money. It goes for Rs.50-60 a piece and brings awesome respite in the 45-50 degree centigrade summers.

Oh got it. That would taste awesome.

^^ Kidney stones can also be caused by eating tomatoes. In fact, there are many factors that may contribute to the formation of kidney stones (perhaps carbonated drinks are a factor (?), I'm not really sure).

Quite a bit of profit, eh ? Considering a litre of coke is cheaper (and less healthier). They don't even have to bottle it.

Does it beat not having alcohol, available.

Even i used to drink a lot of coke previously. Almost a 1.25ltr bottle every night while watching movies. But later on i stopped and moved to non-gaseous drinks. Prefer fresh fruit juices. Will help you more than anything.
If you want to stay awake you can even opt for green tea. Now i completely stopped drinking colas. PULPY/ZEST BADAM MILK/Fruit juices are the ones i'm drinking now.
Fresh Juices are Healthy :) which is a globally accepted fact.

Usually when companies like Coke and Pepsi venture in new demographics, they plan a gestation period of 15-20 years...i.e. ready to incur losses. They feel, when they start up in a nation they should ween the children / babies onto their product. By the time they grow up and are adults they are pretty much hooked and it is like second nature. And of course they will teach their own offspring to be the same. It becomes part of life and a concept not cross-questioned. :) If you compare people who were born before say...1980 and then 1980-85 and people born after that, they habits are easy to tell apart. When these MNCs actually set foot and how old individuals were in these brackets. Nothing bad in this, but is shows an excellent study for societal engineering with such a large span and scope....!

True. A somewhat related study: Get 'em Young: Mapping young people?s exposure to alcohol marketing in Ireland | National Youth Council of Ireland

Blood Sugar !! Get it check. I used to drink a lot, almost everyday. After some research found out this fact. Diet stuff can be more harmful than non diet ones because they use artificial sugar which has very bad effects in body and blood.

@alekhkhanna
Ya..actually what I quoted was a figment of my memory from when I was doing my Masters back in 2000. There were some Marketing subjects and this was something mentioned....!
