this is so absurd... in this age, when internet is available on every damn device, you expect people to visit physical places (bank branches) to get something which is not at all associated with anything physical (virtual money)? how hard is for SBI to mail the codes to customers' address on file? this is so lame.Go to your branch and reset the profile password ...that is the best way mate ..
all the sarkari banks provide "premium" banking as well. these accounts need min of 1, 2 or 10 lacs as monthly average. but even then, they provide the same level of service as a 5K MAB account. what i expect from any bank is:What more do you expect from a bank which has zero balance facility, and is a sarkari bank? This is very normal.

And it never fail to me.. Not a single time whether it is ading beneficiaries or paying bills.. May be you are doing wrong mate...
Nothing much can be done about that. It is annoying and cumbersome to be required to fill forms for every little thing, and then on top of that, to be required to be present in person.i don't understand why sarkari banks make you visit branch for such issues?
