If they are giving CAT this year then no problem. Reservation in affect from 2007. Messa giving CAT this year too..:ohyeah:
 
2007 means next year right

so it will be in effect for cat 2006.. i reckon? or no?

a name change maybe.. lol i can imagine people now trying to buy out obc certificate. i heard the other day a demand for rajputs to be made OBC's a mp in lok sabha :rofl:
 
WHy cant the govt think of 'uplifting' the backward castes by providing them strong fundamental education - providing primary/secondary schools with good, intelligent, intellectual teachers?

wat next? quota in Software companies?

This is so true.... why the **** cant they base reservations on financial conditions?? Bloody morons.... makes me soooo maad...
 
Yeah. They have indicated that they will wait for two years b4 introducing job quotas in the pvt sector. Incidentally, that will be just less than a year to the next general elections........ if they do it...... well, blood will flow.

i am pretty sure they will do it to try to win the elections. as usual no one can oppose that. even this was done with UP in mind. just got it a bit too early

btw i doubt any blood will flow.. you mean software guys will go an protest? anyway they will be outnumbered by obc fellows. it would be a very popular move i must say for them

btw .. i think i got a super idea.. y not all these colleges bar the sc/st/obc for this year.. that mite set the record straight .. ;)

why don't we demand reservation in U colleges.. they r responsible for our present plight anyway..

There should be no reservation for them... but allow them to come and study in IIMs and all. But first, they should sign an undertaking (they claim that they believe they are Indians) that they are Indians, they support India's claim over Kashmir, that they are against terrorist violence etc etc. Also, they should renounce citizenship of all other countries.... Also, while we are getting them to sign stuff, do you think we can get them to sign the HRD minister's death warrant?
