Well - my 4GB bit was DOA
and I had to contact Corsair in Chennai for replacement. They are processing my request right now - it takes 5 working days for a replacement to come through. According to Corsair, the 1:1 swap warranty depends on the service center - Chennai service center does not offer 1:1 swap and all requests take 5 days to process. So contact your local service center for warranty service level support.
