Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro comes pre applied with MX-1 thermal paste on its base. So, for the first time installation you don't need a thermal compound. If you remove it in the future and want to reinstall it then you will need one.

Sorry, but TRUE is not in stock at the moment and yes it will fit in your CM690
