Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro comes pre applied with MX-1 thermal paste on its base. So, for the first time installation you don't need a thermal compound. If you remove it in the future and want to reinstall it then you will need one.
 
Hey man, when are you sending my heatsink.. Its been a while now, and you not replying to my pm's.. I need to know if im gettin it, else ill need to arrange for other sources.

Sorry, but TRUE is not in stock at the moment and yes it will fit in your CM690
Acrtic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro is in stock though
