well that executive told me that porting charges are Rs.300 but according to TRAI porting charges should not be more than Rs.19.....

2) Do you feel the need to switch to some other Service Provider? Yes

3) If Yes, Why? Extremely slow GPRS EDGE service

4) Who will be the Service Provider you'll switch to? Dunno

3) Worst GPRS on the planet, I guess. I used to think my phone has issues.
4) Docomo - Great GPRS speeds, good enough reason for me to switch

I am on Roaming (Mumbai Circle) most of the time, so calling/sms rates are pretty high.

4) Who will be the Service Provider you'll switch to?

Whoever provides same rates for calling/sms in Mah-Goa & Mumbai.. (Any Recommendations Please ? )

3. I bought the SIM long time back when life time validity was introduced. The plan charges are as high as 1.40 Rs/Call. I am not a heavy user, so can't use booster cards. Since I am in an age old plan, i can't even switch to other plans.

4. I am already using Idea, with a dual SIM phone. I am going to use it as a single no. with help of MNP

3. Crappy Voice Quality, too many call drops, ... the list is long

4. Still contemplating, have Rs 2760 left in my prepaid account :P will wait till it gets over.

too much of a balance..eh..
AFAIK one can transfer the remaining balance via MNP.

3.Paid for 3g pack 10 days back, still not activated for "technical reasons" and when i call their CC , they parrot a response - their system is under upgradation, please call after 2 hours" . Robbed of Rs. 299 in broad day light.

4.Vodafone, most probably, waiting for my balance to get over in reliance account.

their customer support is extremely lethargic.
It took them more than 4 days just to activate my number and another 7 days to activate internet on it . But since then its been smooth sailing :D
