1) Who is your current Service Provider?

Vodafone

2) Do you feel the need to switch to some other Service Provider?

Yes

3) If Yes, Why?

No 3G in Rajasthan Circle, higher call rates.

4) Who will be the Service Provider you'll switch to?

Docomo,Airtel etc Not decided yet. Suggestions?

People who are planning to switch because of 3G services alone should know that Airtel, Idea and Vodafone will have 3G services in all the circles except Orissa. They have a roaming tie up for 3G.

That is good news indeed. But only if the charges are reasonable. I have IDEA and they did not win the auction for 3G in Karnataka. Was considering a switch but if they offer decent 3G rates might stay.

1) Airtel

2) Yes

3) Looking for best calling plans which only Loop can provide... Loop2Loop ~ 10 Paise, Loop2Others ~ 50 Paise, Local SMS ~ 10p and the best reason is that loop is providing free GPRS to users From 11pm to 7am... :)

4) Loop

@ Hades: Do remember that Loop network is only good for Mumbai. I myself use loop and am very satisfied but If I have to leave Mumbai, roaming is not really good and I switch to Docomo/Indicom.

BSNL adverts say 3G roaming for free all over India.

For voice loop is good only in mumbai. You go out of the city limits and you see a different pricing regime take over.
So if you do not travel that often outside of the city then loop is good.also in roaming you wont be connected to wap/gprs so thats another drawback.

I need MNP, because I am fed up of their (AIRTEL's) stupid plans both on INTERNET and PHONES. And worse, unannounced change of plan charges.

1. BSNL

2. No way.

3. No.

4. -----

I am quite happy customer of BSNL for best 3G unlimited plans, video calling at 70p and free 3G roaming.

There are people here switching from Vodafone because of expensive data plans. Their plan rates were revised a month ago. Please have a look!
