will set the voltage to 1.250 and check for stability and then will try 105 pci-e freq
Sometimes the temp throttling will prevent good overclocks....
you should be able to take voltages up to 1.3ish.... safely. Since you have a stock cooler... just keep your eye on temps.

Hey just had a thought, are you running most current windows drivers for Nvidia chipset (not gfx card...but chipset drivers) you can download latest drivers from Nvidia's website under drivers for mainboard.

You mean your current PSU is supporting the 7950GT? Amazing....
And yes update all the drivers meaning chipse, display etc, this could be why 3dmark hung up.
