The much anticipated Need For Speed : Most Wanted Demo has been released.

Need For Speed Most Wanted, a fusion between the Need For Speed Hot Persuit 2 and Need For Speed Underground 2, is one of the most anticipated games this year. With the release of the demo and the low system requirements, this is bound to be a popular hit with the masses.

The Minimum System Requirements Consist Of:
Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Professional,
or Windows XP Home operating system
Intel Pentium 4 (or equivalent) CPU running at 1.4GHz or higher
32MB DirectX 9.0c compatible video card (Geforce2MX or higher) using a
supported chipset (see below)
256 MB RAM
DirectX compatible sound card
1 GB of HD space
8X CD-ROM (if using demo disc)
To play online a network card is required for broadband connectivity

Thanks for the all the help guys , rushing to grab my demo of NFS:MW.
I know it will take time on my slow 48Kbps but will still try and download it.
 
the mode in which you have to go through road bloacks and then evade is brilliant.

i dont get the limited edition part, dont other deserve to play the game or what? in a way, they themselves are encouraging piracy coz am sure ppl wud definetly want to play the game in one form or another...
 
^^ there will be a standard edition as usual and a very special black edition. Everyone gets to buy and play the standard edition while the black edition will have limited number of copies for distribution (on sale). Obviously, it will be priced much higher and will be for the selected few (the greatest of NFS fans) who can afford it. hope that clears things up. :)
