Thank you!

12 GB VRAM will not last for 2-3 years @ 1440p/4k and I would never recommend going for a 5070. Put in some more money and get a 9070 XT. If you dont want to increase cost get a 9070 non-XT. If you still want to go with nvidia the Founder's edition of 5070 is still available on STPL at 60k.

Get a different motherboard
Asus B650m Pro RS
MSI Pro B650 S
Asus B650M-HDV/M.2 at the minimum

You shouldn't get the 5070 unless you really need Nvidia for productivity tasks.
You can get RX 7900 XT for the same price. It has similar perfomance to 5070 and has 20GB Vram, enough for long term 1440p, and even 2K gaming.
As for the PSU
I would recommend to get 850W at least. Better to have some headroom for power spikes.
You can get either
MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5 80+ Gold Fully Modular Power
Deepcool PN850M 850W 80+ Gold ATX 3.1 Fully Modular

Both are similar priced to the psu in your list and have similar rating in the psu tier list.
