EBay India -- Feedback Attitude

Duh,

After they removed my -ve feedback, I tried my best to find this so called Community court. They take your reply to rating, Seller's reply to rating (Which you never see) & in 2-3 days feedback is gone.

lol, I thought this court thing will be some forum where they discuss everything like TE

cc is just made to remove -ve ratings as most of member jury in court are sellers

eBay seller are hell bent on getting +ve rating, but most of them don't care to give buyer their feedback rating.

It has been the case for like 3-4 time that, seller didn't bothered to leave me any rating, some left rating after mailing them, but 2 seller didn't bothered to leave any rating and didn't even replied to mails.

^^ Something I had experienced a couple of times. So nowadays, I do not leave feedback ratings for the seller, unless he does so for me. The sellers will be prompt in contacting you if you have not given them the ratings.

Just closed two deals on EBay and the seller gave me zilch back....when I rated him....!

okay, here is my first purchase on ebay.

I ordered a Memory Card paying with debit card on 19th Jan. He shipped the product on yesterday ! 25-Jan. Which will reach me around in two days. Heck, have to wait ten days, just for a memory card ??

^^ Can't really complain. Paisapay gives sellers up to a week after purchase to ship the item, and up to 10 days after shipping for the item to be delivered. In your case, the seller is well within the time limits.

Absolutely. I have come upon many instances where people were peeved off cause delivery did not happen next day -- or quick enough. When as per the EBay rules it was within the stipulated bracket.

7 days is the deadline(worst cast scenario) for shipping. But most major sellers ship NBD. Even i ordered a memory card and was pissed of when the seller took 5-6 days to ship it and it reached me 8-9 days after payment.

If the seller delays shipping beyond 2-3 days then the buyer will surely think twice before getting something from him again and seller will lose repeat business.

Sometimes it does happen. Sometimes few sellers rates you just after shipping the item too !

I dont mind if they ship bit late due to stock problem.

But I hate it when its their fault & still they go to that crap ebaycourt & remove my feedback - This is the crappiest thing on Ebay.
