I had ordered 3 lux

waiting to arrive

had also ordered Philips earphone from last deal

shipped and received by first flight

No issues excellent and fast service

seems dealer has changed from DTDC or 5000 packets to all courier one by one

All those waiting for DTDC packets

Just check the DTDC website

if it shows the packet has reached your city

now it all upon local courier guy

pre warn the local DTDC office that your packet is coming and you want no issues
 
For me One soap was stolen by Courier people,i dont know where it could have happened

I was outofstation for 3days during that time, shipment was delivered to me when i was out of station and when i came back to home i opened pack and saw two soaps,bottom corner of the packet is cut by 5-6cm and from this hole,they stolen the soap,

I left the issue coz i cant argue with courier people after i has been checked after 3 days of delivery
 
My lux soaps are shipped ..

DTDC

Had ordered Dove last time, and had got them within 8 days

This time the seller has shipped it even faster.

I am having a pleasant experience with the seller and courier services so far (Touch Wood) :-0
 
Seller is perfectly fine

In all deals genuine products have been dispatched

even if he dispatches on last day of shipping

thats fine as it is allowed

Its these xxshole courier guys who are spoiling the fun

The last date of delivery as per ebay is 26th June i.e. tomorrow. Can anyone tell me when will i get the option of selecting ITEM NOT RECEIVED. Tomorrow or day after tomorrow ??
Also i dont want ebay to assume that since i did not select anything then it means item has been received :S
 
^ After 26th you will get "item not received" payment refund claim option. Now seller have five more days to appeal against claim, if he won't within that time you will get refund otherwise ebay start shipping document verification process which could take 15 days or long.
 
Got a mail today saying the Lux soaps I ordered got shipped! :) The courier name was given as Bombino whereas the tracking number looks like DTDCs (M followed by 6 numbers). Anyway the tracking is not live on both sites, will take 1-2 days I guess.

I am not expecting the tracking number to show up on their website and not expecting the soaps to ever reach me. The dove is also dtdc and no tracking number details yet.
 
The last date of delivery is 26th, and as i see the status on dtdc, the item has arrived today at the dtdc outlet near my home. So technically it has not reached me yet. Tommorrow is sunday, so i dont expect delivery tomm.

So shud i be clicking item not received by tommorrow, or shud i wait till monday ? Whats advisable ?

It was DTDC itself and the tracking number is now working. :)
 
^^For me the shipping was done on 16th june (dove soaps) and the tracking number is still not showing up and it is not even wrong as per seller :S

DTDC courier guy has returned all my soaps -new
I had given the used one back to him and blasted on him for good
My all Dove packets received in new condition
Now lux ones are coming
so called the franchise guy and told him i had called to tell him about incoming parcels
And he was all ready special service with same day delivery
all balls but calls to Bangalore office worked with city regional office pitching in
