eBay seems to be waking up slowly. Lots of 10% off - 1000 max discounts this week. Apart from the recently introduced 5% off 2000 max for high value purchases - my guess is LCDs, DSLRs, iPads and the like

How much time period does ebay give you to confirm the receiving of the product from the last date of receiving? I bought a recharge, and it says that the item should be shipped by 15th, and after that they'll send you an email asking if you have received or not. If you don't reply for some time (how much is this time), they will consider it received.
