Anyone having hands on experience with PaisaPay refunds?

I initiated my refund today for an item not received, got a call from ebay CC confirming the same.

The guy told me to wait for 5 days which is the usual practice.

So what hidden hassles are there in these claim cases?

Does ebay refund the money easily or do we have to keep on running after them?

just leave a message with their CC about your canceled deal.as you already been contacted by their Customer care, no need to worry.you will get your money for sure,but it takes time.

contact them again after 1 week and force them to expedite your refund process.

in my case the seller was unable to provide the certificate of authenticity for the software i purchased from him.so i filed for refund and got that mail.

i got the refund in my bank after 20 days of receiving the email.

I got the refund approval today only and mine's a nationalized bank so it'll take even more time.
