No, but you can do so by buying all your products from same seller.

@ multi, since those coupons are issued only to new members, those are suppose to be account locked.

But one may be able to use those coupon on new registration

well i got the same coupon and used it to buy a mousepad, and I am not a new user to ebay, so I think coupons are just sent randomly

Even i am confused regarding the same .. The price on offer is really good, plus the seller is a power seller with 99.2%

I have posted him a query, waiting for a response.

Worst case: You always have paisapay protection with you on ebay
