well i've been in contact with them for the entire week, they dont give proper response just tell me to call the next day.... finally yesterday they tell me they are shipping another phone but i have not received any tracking details and their phone is switched off today.... today is the last day to deliver according to ebay, so ill wait till monday and claim refund if they dont confirm that they actually sent another phone
 
^^^ Seller warranty means it is a gray market item and there would be no service support from dell India. I case of any problem you are supposed to send it back to seller for repair.

In my suggestion stay away from this deal. Because after sells support is very important for laptops.

Send it back in case of any issue.

This is ridiculous, seller is in mumbai and i m in Delhi.

Who will take care of shipping charges, delay etc ?

Should i go ahead or buy it from dell showroom ???

Purchase something worth 500 rS from ebay with a new account .The Product was DOA . Since it has a wrong number , which number will the claim adjuster call ??

will he email .

Or i can't do anything .

PS- seller wasn't helpful
 
bought an item which seller didnt ship .. complaint to ebay and got flat 150 off coupon no min purchase

change the number to working number from my ebay - > account settings , then claim guarantee ..

You missed 2nd generation core i3 processor in my product, above one is having 1st gen. core i3 procy.

So its not worthy in 27k, being 1st gen procy, 3gb ram, 320gb hdd n DOS.
 
Dammit! Missed out on the 8gb microsd card for 200 bucks offer again this week.

Fortunately, I received 1 100 off coupon.
