even if once, the item had been under the DOW category, it gets locked for ever....i have tried on several occasions......it sucks......but the price in your link seems to be the best online...you from chennai right? i am from the same city..... there's one dealer called electro vision on ebay who is from chennai too. and he had a lsiting with a similar price in the DOW a few weeks back....so if you vist his shop directly, i guess you can even get it at a lower price say around 27 k 28k considering ebay charges him 7% for listing..........pm me if you want the guys no..........

I bought a Sony digicam from electro vision. Though box was Sony indiA but didn't get a proper vat bill from him. Moreover , most of his listings are part of eBay deals wherein he doesn't get charged eBay fees.

is this true? ebay fees not charged for items part of "deals of the week " .. Kinda hard to believe

Yes it's true that's why you can't apply coupons on them. All items on special offers, deals etc are subsidised by eBay...eBay nearly charges 7-15% fees incl paisa pay and that's how it gives those 5-10% vouchers.
 
When is the next wave of coupon expected guys ?

Use the Independence day free gift offer coupon.
Select the item you can easily sell in case you dont like anything in the category you fall in
 
Can anybody provide link(s) of Cheapest New Unlocked Galaxy Nexus from US from ebay.com ???

One of my friend is coming from US & i have 50$ off coupon(s) which can only be applied only on ebay.com via paypal.
