i know it has a wolfson DAC blah blah blah but.........at the end of the day, its the iem that contributes to sound quality

Get a Sandisk Clip+ from Pristinenote (dealer here) and a good quality headphone or IEM and spend the rest of the money in other gadgets .

I own Klipsch Image S4s. I had one Cowon J3, which i loved, but sold it to get a phone with good audio, as I carry 2 phones with me. I don't want to carry another Media player. SII's audio is not that good, so going for SGS. It's going to be my secondary phone only. Waiting for Nokia 920..
