Edifier M3300 or Altec lansing VS4121?

I wanted to buy a 2.1 setup for myself, confused on which one to go for :S Maybe you guys could help me out

Im getting the Edifier M3300 for 3.8k while the Altec Lansing is for 3k
Are there any other similar priced 2.1 speakers with better sound quality?
