Electrobot not dispatching my product

Still didnt get my refund, and no one seems to pickup calls too, think i'll need to proceed legally if they don't respond in a week or so.

Yeah, they don't pick up calls easily or reply on whatsapp or mail or website. I still haven't got bill for my CPU cooler.

Nice. People should just stay away from Electrobot when it comes to online orders. I know they give good price but if you really want to buy from them, then buy it from their store or else choose another trusted site.

Second this, and I believe they're understaffed also. Calling them has become a chore. They do put great price on some products and many of them might be actually OOS and you won't know until you call them and as stated that's a headache.

It all means that it is operated truly by some BOT! And this bot seems very outdated and require a major update on inventory..
