You are comparing the likes of Turtle and Drama to Tyrion and Ed? :P Com'on man, Game of Thrones is leagues ahead of Entourage as far as acting and production values are concerned. Don't get me wrong, Entourage is one of my favorite series but it just cannot be compared to the sheer epicness of Game of Thrones. It has now become hard for me to choose my favorite between Game of Thrones and LOST.

And Tyrion's character should really be compared with Gold's character from Entourage not Drama or Turtle. Both Tyrion and Ari are supposed to be obnoxious and proud. And both are being portrayed well.
GoT is dark, fantasy tale whereas Entourage is just a barrage of hilarious dialogues with some seriously low key but talented actors. I call Contemporarily Epic <sp>.

And GoT is great, mix conspiracies of Mahabharata and 1/2 the Fantasy elements of LOTR, but the TV show does not have an "epic" feel, I just started off with the 2nd book some days back, so let's see. Riveting, Yes, Intriguing, Yes, Truely Epic...hopefully the next seasons.. 9/10 so far.

edit: Yeah and regarding LOST, never got around to watching the seasons after 4th I think, so NO LOST spoilers here :) :) will take some time out and finish it.

Your not gonna miss anything by watching rest of lost. I still have no idea what that show was abt. left it there. and moved on to better things.
 
LOLz, I'll complete it anyways, if I can, but for me it does not justify 45 minutes of air time, too slow.

Another one was Prison Break, I mean the first 10 episodes or till the first breakout is awesomeness after that pretty much sucked. Or atleast wasn't good enough to hold my attention.

Yes second that. My wife is currently on season 5 and i am in no mood to tell her that show will end in a WTF way. Let her discover. But i guess that will probably ensure that she wont watch any more TV series :(

Lol, same thing man, even my friends made me watch it :P but it dint get any better , rather it got worse! i loved "dexter" from "dexter's laboratories" now i don't even like that dexter :D!

The thing which really freaked me in Dexter is that "thinking" what dexter does :P i believe , we should think inside our heads :P
 
Started watching GOT, as everyone suggested got hooked, watched 3 episodes on the bounce, slept at 3am, despite having an early morning meeting!...cant wait to go back and watch the remaining!!...'winter is coming......'

Watch it. It's a 12 episode series. The first 8 episodes are slow, it really catches up in the last 4 episodes. And fair warning, it'll raise your tv series quality bar very high.
