My opinion may be biased. I just love Super natural.
Question is would you like to see story of 2 brothers who are hunters. Not animal hunters but they hunt supernatural stuff like demons, witches and many other evil.
I suggest watch season 1 and see if it suits you.

In the initial seasons, it is a different evil in every episode. But there is always a back story running about those 2 brothers. Some times there are flashbacks of their childhood and such. In the later seasons, it becomes more of continuous story but there are sparse episodes in between with individual ghosts/demons etc in them (separate from main storyline).

I love the start of the Finale of Every Season of Supernatural. They play that Song, "Carry on Wayword Son"

This Season was very good though.

This season was excellent. A lot of creative episodes came out of it. Garth's episode was quite a shocker. It was good to see Lassie from Psych being cast as Cain on this show. He's a splendid actor.
