"Fail to load Devsetup.dll" error

hi,
i have a micromax 372g datacard which i have been using for some time but when i tried reinstalling it a few days ago after all the installation was complete i got the error "Fail to load Devsetup.dll" after which installation got cancelled.
i am using windows 7 64 bit.please tell me how to fix this,
