Far cry quick save patch?

i have downloaded all the patches for car cry but i am still not able to use the quicksave feature
will i have to delete all the profiles first then start a new profile inorder to be able to use quicksave???
please advice
 
i'm not sure. try save ur profiles to another psot on your hard drive before you delete them so you can get back to them later if you want to.
