Suggest some good old classic movies and tv series.i.e. movies and tv series from the 30's to late 70's worth downloading.

If you like action/crime kind of movies, 'Boondock Saints' is worth a watch. Its not an old one though.
 
Movies: Godfather, Ben Hur, Casablanca, Gone with the Wind...

TV Shows: Bewitched, I dream of Jeannie, Happy Days...
 
1) 2 Strangers on a train

2) The Sting (A cool movie featuring a young Robert Redford)

3) Shawshank Redemption (Not too old .. bt is the best for me)

These three wil cover the OLD era and these are my fav 3 ..

preferred genre:-horror,thrillers,comedy and action ones.

Okay i have already seen most of hitchcock movies--Rear window,Psycho,birds(this one was hard to get),Strangers on a train,etc,etc.

Also seen Godfather,Apocalypse Now,manchurian candidate(1963), invisible man(1933), Casablanca,Goodfellas,Scarface,schindler's list,the shining,Halloween,etc,etc.

Will download 12 Angry Men,Shawshank Redemption and The Apartment.Thx AMD can you tell me which Kurosawa movies are worth watching??

Okay so pls keep suggesting more movies/tv series.Let me give you an idea of the tv series i love and enjoy.Maybe that will help you in giving me the appropriate suggestions....I love 24,grey's anatomy,veronica mars, i dream of Jeannie,Bewitched,"Who's the Boss?" ,X-files, supernatural, alias, westwing, fear factor,Desperate Housewives,etc,etc.

Also can someone give me the download link to the old "Invisible man" and "khiley ka rahasya" series that was shown on doordarshan in the 80's and 90's ???
