Sorry, didn't notice this earlier.

In the folder that you have PES installed (PES*.exe), there will be a file called Settings.exe. Run it and it should have the necessary tabs for button remapping.

(I have seen some people play with the Keyboard. I have no idea how you people do it. I find it really difficult.)

that is the lamest reason you can give to prefer fifa over pes.

i know 15 of my friends who play soccer almost everyday for their clubs & a couple for the city. they all prefer pes. the comparison u gave is stupid. even people who watch soccer know how the game should play.
 
i know my question is a little off topic. but i am thinking of playing fifa and pes with an analog stick. pls advice which one to buy. want a decent one but not expensive.

i think the xbox 360 controller should be fine.
 
pes was ahead of having way better multiplayer feutures that's y most ppl play it..
Fifa has also many multiplayer options.
And I insist.. fifa this year is BETTER. My opinion and IU'm not gonna say urs is stupid because I'm not a pes or fifa fan I just like good football games... I was playing pes. Itried fifa last year but now I'm completely goin for fifa.
Saying things like thi sis stupid and shut up and stuff shows exactly the ppl who think they are always right.

i never said you yourself are stupid. the reason you gave to prefer fifa over pes was stupid & it still is stupid. you can prefer any game you want obviously. no1 can force you on that.
 
I bought FIFA08....Installing it...Will buy PES08 when that arrives....:)
And I will judge....

Now going thru manuals...Gosh...6 pages of control options :huh:

pes has never come to india. same for other konami titles. hence i doubt pes08 would come to india.
 
Has the menu gui improved in PES 2008 those who played the demo , can u guys post some screenshots of the menu in the demo.

The game play in PES rocks always but really hate the menu graphics.

I feel that the PES 6 menu was a bit messed up.

[which is my first PES i ever played]

You guys might not give importance to it , but a game menu matters to me

when in the manager mode , i found it confusing and a bit old compared to fifa.

[my opinion , everyone views things differently]

[PES Fans Now dont hit me plz]
