Quite fast, this rMBP.. haven't put Windows on it yet though.

You can, OWC puts out a kit for this. Stupidly priced though, I just use an external USB 3.0 drive.

Can you upgrade the HDD on the new Macbookpro... The ram is not upgradeable AFAIK

Yes, the RAM is soldered on the mainboard for the Retina Display MacBook Pro. MacBook Pro with Retina is designed with precise engineering, even iFixit faced issues while tearing it. The repairability score is too low, so in that case it is difficult to upgrade the HDD too.

Bump for awesome Apple service- just got the entire laptop replaced due to a faulty screen - it started dimming and the image was very very shaky.. they took it over the counter and replaced it in 2 days. Good service!
