It's a trick statement. Because at midnight it is technically 00:00 so 12 midnight never comes & so does anybody getting this iphone at Rs.11. Fk is just testing the IQ of their user base by such puzzles/trick statements.

Except it's not, lol. 12 hour format are mostly used in british raj countries/English speaking countries and 24 hour format in the rest.
India uses both formats.
