I don't think it is acceptable for any component. If someone is looking for 1-2 years warranty then there are plenty of used and even brand new products in the market. Why would anyone pay 5-10k extra for a sticker seal and that too after waiting endlessly for a sale.

Acer XV272UKV is always a great deal at 22k for those looking around that budget, heck I would recommend that over more expensive 1440p gaming monitors. IMO unless you get Samsung G7 1440p 240Hz for 30k, the Acer one is a great value.
