Flipkart - Feedback Thread

Not to be pessimistic here but if you used icici credit card then you can forget about the chargeback for such cases because icici does not have a policy for chargeback for cases where product is marked as delivered especially with otp. For other banks credit cards you will have to fight a long battle with no guarantee of success either unless it was amex card (the only cc in India currently which favours its customers first in any situation).
can confirm that ,idfc and hdfc too the customer service does not even know what a chargeback is
 
Received the Synology Diskstation DS420J. The Synology box was placed in a way larger outer box. None of the boxes seem to have any damage. Will test with HDDs and reciprocate.
 
Why does the Flipkart Customer Care number (1800 202 9898) keep disconnecting? Been trying to call them for the last half an hour and it disconnects automatically!

So that it reaches some higher level?
Bought a wardrobe and the installation company Jeeves has damaged it during installation and they keep rejecting my return requests without even taking otp

+1 Jeeves is scummy, I'm sure it's Flipkart bankrolled and thus while knowing the terrible service from Jeeves, Flipkart still uses them.
I had a service arrangeed from Jeeves, i received a phone call where the caller pretended to offer me fix deposit schemes, i rejected and cut the call.. next thing I see is "Flipkart marked the service visit complete and no issues found".
There was no service/visit and i didn't give any OTP to anyone to confirm as such (which i had already gotten when the visit was arranged from Flipkart).
So yeah, the Jeevas made a fraud call, closed the technician visit and Flipkart won't do anything on this bs.
PSA if you receive a call when you are supposed to get a technician visit, ask the caller if they are from Jeevas , even if they start the call by offering you a loan lol

Hey, the serial number is clearly visible in the pic , might not be any problem but just a heads up

There are people who can generate GST bills with the serial number and claim warranty/rma frauds.
Other examples: people can claim promotional codes with serial number - like black Myth Wukong with High end GPU's in promotion period.. so it's always better to take precautions about what you share online
