1 I think Xiomi has more ads. In Realme, there is only one thing called Realme glance which sometimes pop up.
2 Overall camera system (selfie, wide angle, daylight and harsh sun etc) is better in Xiomi but indoor, cloudy, low light and artificial lights pics are exceptional in Realme 9 pro +.
